How does Subscribe & Save work?
Our subscription service allows you to schedule your Nakdnu deliveries, so you never run out of your daily essential! You can choose to get your products sent to you every 30, 60 or 90 days. On the product page, click the *Subscribe* option on your chosen products and select your preferred delivery schedule.
How can I cancel my subscription for 300g Collage/180g Glow Up Powder?
This subscription gives you 15% off your order, you can then cancel at any time by accessing your customer subscription dashboard. On your Subscription dashboard (link provided in initial email), simply click Cancel Subscription, enter your cancellation reason and select Cancel subscription again.
How can I cancel my subscription for 150g Collagen/90g Glow Up Powder?
This subscription gives you 10% off your order, you can then cancel at any time by accessing your customer subscription dashboard. On your Subscription dashboard (link provided in initial email), simply click Cancel Subscription, enter your cancellation reason and select Cancel subscription again.
When will my subscription orders be delivered?
Each recurring subscription will be processed and sent out the business day following the payment being received.
How do I change/hold the delivery date of my subscription?
Click through See more details on your Subscription dashboard. In your Subscription Details page, you have a few options.
- To receive your product quickly, click Order Now
- To skip a cycle, click Skip Order.
- To set a new date click Reschedule and to change how often you receive it click Edit Frequency. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@nakdnu.com
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes, in your Subscription Details page, click either edit or swap product. Please keep in mind, if you want to add a product that is more expensive you will need to go through the Add Product section.
Can I add a discount code on top of my subscription discount?
Unfortunately, a discount code cannot be added on top of a subscription discount.
