Sorry for the long review and the tangents I go on, but I had ordered this back in late March 2023 and it arrived in early April 2023 (exactly 8 days after I had ordered it). I drink this with water, and the taste didn't bother/affect me because there is a snack I eat that tastes similar to this. When I first started taking it, I was in the middle of horrible purging caused by a topical. While I was taking this supplement and also using topical treatments (not at the same time but in rotation, benzoyl peroxide, retinal, salicylic acid, exfoliating toner pads, etc.) my acne went down, my skin texture smoothed, and breakouts didn't really appear. Once I had finished this bottle (I don't know if I used the wrong measuring spoon, but I had so much more than 45 serves and I bought the 45 serves size) my acne had pretty much gone away other than the one or two small bumps I get around my period (and those are usually cystic, while taking the supplement those pimples became medium sized whiteheads that a pimple patch can take care of). I wanted to do a test to see if my skin got better because of the products, the supplement, or both. Not ordering another bottle was a mistake, because I learned it was mainly because of the supplement. My acne didn't come back right away or as severe, but my cystic acne had returned and my skin texture isn't as good as it was while taking this supplement.
